TERMS FOR CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND REFUND OF ORDERS

    2.1. Cancellation of Products:

    Orders can be cancelled fully before the products are packed and invoices generated.
    If you change your mind after the products have been handed over to our logistics partner, you may reject the shipment upon delivery.
    Cancellation requests received before product packing and invoice generation will be processed within 10 business days, with refunds issued through the original payment method or credited to your wallet for future purchases.
    Note: Order cancellation is not permitted once products are packed and invoices are generated.

    2.2. Return of Products:

    You can initiate a return for damaged, defective, or non-compliant products within the specified Return Period.
    Returned products must meet certain conditions, including being unused, unwashed, with intact price tags, and undamaged packaging.
    Returns are subject to verification, and we reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet policy criteria.
    Note: Certain products, such as electronics and select accessories, may have specific return conditions.

    2.3. Refunds:

    Refunds for eligible products will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned items.
    Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or the user's wallet, as applicable.
    Shipping charges and convenience fees are non-refundable unless the product has a defect or damage.
    Note: Refund processing updates will be provided through platform notifications, mobile numbers, and email addresses.

    2.4. Exchange of Products:

    Exchange requests for products with different fits/sizes can be initiated within the specified Exchange Period.
    Exchangeable products must be in original, sellable condition with intact packaging.
    Exchange requests are subject to verification and assessment, and we reserve the right to reject requests that do not meet policy criteria.
    Note: Exchange conditions include product integrity, unchanged packaging, and compliance with specific criteria outlined in the policy.
